The Role·Work in partnership with business development, operations and support functions, to create and refine bid response content to tell a compelling and meaningful story to our new business prospects·Partnering with Marketing and Design teams to develop bespoke and creative bid responses both in written and visual format, using Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office programs·Liaise with operational and support teams to identify, build and develop case studies that demonstrate our capability in managing and adding value to the customer experience·Proof read bid materials and client presentations from all teams to guarantee delivery of consistent and quality bid responses·Assist with the development and maintenance of all important data essential for bid submission and researching clients and competitors for use on current and future bids·General administrative assistance to bid and sales team, including the planning and facilitation of bid management meetings, as requiredWhat we need from you ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills·Expertise of Microsoft Office package and other design/content packages·Strong persuasion skills ·Excellent stakeholder management skills ·Strong research skills·Strong presentation skills ·Excellent administrative skills
