Ecommerce Business Analyst

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Business Analyst to join our successful and growing Ecommerce department, based at our European Support Functions Office in Erdington, Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

·Initial Feasibility

·Estimating Effort and Delivery (Work Management)

·Process Analysis

·Requirements Gathering (Facilitation of Discovery Workshops)

·Data Analysis

·Stakeholder Analysis and Management

·Business Architecture

·Business Change Analysis and Facilitation

·Working with project managers to deliver our projects.

·Document business requirements for eCommerce solutions

·Work with eCommerce developers to prototype and deliver eCommerce solutions

Key Skills & Experience:

·Team player, able to build effective working relationships both within and outside the business.

·High level of accuracy even when working under pressure

·Ability to collaborate and work across a large, diverse organization

·Sound knowledge of BABOK version 3

·Core IT business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process analysis, effective communication and facilitating business change.

·Experience of agile and waterfall methodologies.

·Strong stakeholder management and time management skills.

·Highly organised and able to effectively manage priorities

·Experience of retail and / or eCommerce platforms
