Our client, a leading fashion brand based in London, are seeking a Digital Product / Website manager to come on board, working with external developers and in-house teams, to continue the roll out and optimisation of the Magento 2.0 platform in order to drive conversions.

What will you be doing?
  • Constant analysis of customer journey across web, tablet and mobile and constant testing to covert traffic.
  • Monitoring site speeds across all devices
  • Liaising with internal departments and fixing issues; payments, order processing etc.
  • Managing International (foreign language sites), ensuring an equally as seamless journey as the UK site
  • Looking at data to ensure that the best product information is being delivered to the customer; product listing, video content, company information etc.
  • Creating a merchandising strategy and using data to improve product placement - updating the wider business on a weekly basis.
  • Managing our abandoned basket
  • Manage payment integration and failed payment process
  • Overseeing onsite data capture
  • Completing bug fixes and constant site audits on time
  • Troubleshooting issues and managing external developers for improvements
  • Working alongside the wider business to ensure the platform is scalable based in growth plans
  • Deliver conversion improvements on time and budget
  • Helping to improve onsite SEO capabilities

You must have experience with Magento (ideally 2.0) and have managed a team of developers (either inhouse or externally).

Passionate about the customer and their journey and have a desire to provide a simple UX.
