This secondary school is based in the Skelmersdale area and has a Geography Teacher job available to start in January 2018. Your new role
Joining the school in March 2018, you will be responsible for teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4 as well as ideally either History or RE at KS3. As this is a maternity cover, you will be working at the school on a long term basis and therefore will be there through until December 2018. In this Geography Teacher Job, you will be responsible for the planning and preparation of lessons, as well as the marking and assessment of pupils work and you will also need to attend parents evenings and other school functions.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess Qualified Teacher Status and be keen to secure a long term position starting in January 2018. You will also have experience of teaching Geography through to KS4, as well as ideally either History or RE at KS3.
