There is currently an opportunity within the Central Services division for an IT Trainer to join the business. This role is responsible for management of all aspects of training delivery for all core systems and processes alongside other related programmes including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. You will also create and maintain a suite of materials ensuring they are kept up to date and fit for purpose.

It is essential that you have a background in the Insurance industry although not necessarily within a broker. Suitable candidates for the role will possess the requisite technical knowledge and ability to train proficiently, alongside the capacity to establish and develop effective partnerships with other employees and Stakeholders in the business.

Within the role your remit will include but not be exclusive to the following areas;

  • Delivering core systems training to all new starters as required

  • Delivering bespoke system courses as required on main user applications

  • Providing support to business teams in all London Market/Company initiatives

  • Managing the design and production of training materials assuring compliance, accurate delivery and reproduction as required

  • Processing and providing summary reports, in conjunction with management, from evaluation feedback in order to assure quality of training and associate satisfaction

  • Monitoring, managing and reporting on the costs of production and delivery within the budget set by Manager where applicable

  • Processing new joiner training ensuring employees are booked on to the earliest available courses

Suitable candidates for the role will need to be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Proven experience of delivering training using a blended learning approach

  • Proven experience in the creation of materials using a variety of mediums

  • eLearning authoring experience

  • LM Insurance knowledge

  • MS Office knowledge to advance level
