Childcare Assessor / Learning Consultant
A very successful, independent training company is now seeking to appoint a motivated, self-managing Merseyside based Learning Consultant within the Childcare sector – this role is to teach train and assess learners, delivering qualifications to the required standards up to Level 5. The company are a well-established, independent and popular training provider who operate throughout the North West – if you are a qualified trainer / assessor (PTTLS, D32 / 33, A1, TAQA) this is a great opportunity to become part of a successful team who will recognise and reward your efforts.
Working in the Childcare sector the role involves –qResponsible for the required number of learners in accordance with company guidelinesqTo deliver the appropriate number of qualifications in accordance with company guidelinesqTo maintain paperwork to the minimum required standardsqTo ensure learner retention is at an acceptable levelqReview learners performance in accordance with contract guidelinesqMotivate/drive learners to achieve in line with agreed targets and deadlinesqSupport the learning processqPlan the assessment process with learners – observe/ record assessment and complete all relevant documentation qMaintain caseloads to the required levelsqMonitor health and safety within the workplacesqMonitor Equality and Diversity within the work placements
On offer is a generous basic salary, and work related guaranteed bonus of up to £4k, and expenses including mileage, career opportunities and the opportunity to join a friendly, well settled company. You can also expect a high level of working autonomously, as well as the support and direction of the approachable and realistic manager.
