TSB are recruiting for an Acquisition and Proposition Manager to work in their General Insuracne team. The successful person will develop and manage design across a product portfolio, leading a team of specialists to contribute towards the implementation of the agreed business plan to deliver compelling propositions and great value to TSB customers.

Key Accountabilities
*Developing and implementing strategies to drive profitable growth of the Insurance business across all channels.
*Working as part of a wider core project team to design and launch new propositions (new classes, extension of the Home proposition, cross product and service)
*Developing and using customer, competitor and market insight to identify, construct and deliver compelling business improvements that contribute to the commercial performance of the bank.
*Understanding Insurance best practice within different channels, and engaging channel partners to embed successful, customer-centric methods to drive insurance acquisition in the right way.
*Identifying, tracking and mitigating business, operational, conduct and financial risks which are relevant to Insurance acquisition and marketing.
*Understanding the impact of regulatory change and ensuring sales-process compliance on our products.
*Act as a source of professional expertise and have principal accountability for the management and/or development of a product/channel or significant segment thereof.
*Establish and build relationships with stakeholders to support the provision of quality and timely information and analysis to deliver customer focussed products.
*Positively influence others by demonstrating core TSB values and behaviours.
