A London based charity are looking for an Communications and Engagement Manager to join their organisation for a period of 12 months in January.

The Communications and Engagement Manager will:

Line management responsibility for Communications Team (3 x staff)

Manage the communications budget

Drive and oversee the development of content necessary to engage target audience

Lead the development and implementation of innovative campaign ideas, utilising effective engagement and digital techniques as appropriate

Take responsibility for developing and managing the implementation of integrated supporter engagement plans involving communications, fundraising and campaigns.

Lead the communications team (marketing, PR, digital) and, working closely with the charities audience owners, ensure all communications channels are co-ordinated and optimised

Ensure that all engagement and communications planning takes a 'digital first' approach.

Job Offer

The Communications and Engagement Manager will be taking on a 12 month fixed term contract in London. They are offering a competitive salary and the successful candidate will be joining the organisation at a moment of real development and change.
