Job Location: Wimborne, Dorset
Job Type: Permanent, immediate start
Salary: £20-22k depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am – 5pm (this can be flexible)
We are a small family owned business based in Wimborne seeking an Account Administrator to report directly to the Managing Director.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated and driven. You will be working alongside the Managing Director within an all-round accounts role, taking on additional duties as you develop.
The key responsibilities will include:
·All aspects of Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger
·Credit Control as and when required
·Quarterly VAT Returns
·Managing Supplier Payments
·Supporting the HR Function
·Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
·Supporting the company MD with adhoc tasks
The successful candidate will have:
·Relevant understanding and experience in a similar role.
·Good working knowledge of an accounting system
·A strong team ethic
·Good MS Office and Excel skills
·Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
·Good communication skills
