IT Support Analyst - (Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, VMware)
IT Support Analyst sought by this leading software house, developing a range of data management products and services predominantly for the utilities market place. This role will see you providing day to day 1st line, 2nd line and 3rd line support for both hardware and software.
You will be supporting existing systems, new implementation projects and general support duties. You will get the opportunity to support both hardware and software projects including desktop and server. You will set up and configure PC's, printers and laptops. You will also be deploying and configuring into a Cloud environment.
This role will suit a current 1st to 3rd line support engineer with 2 -3 year's experience supporting desktops, windows server, Cisco, VoIP telephony, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and LAN/WAN technologies. Strong virtualisation experience using VM Ware and Hyper V will be highly beneficial.
Any qualifications such as MCSE, MCP or a Degree in Computer IT related discipline will be desirable, however there will be training provided.
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, this will suit a proven IT Support Analyst with a strong IT technical background and a desire to work in a progressive, rewarding environment.
