Finance Support Partner (Income Management)

Temporary Maternity Cover

Full Time (37.5 hpw)

Salary £21,000 to £27,000 per annum

About the role

Reporting to the Assistant Finance Partner (Income Management), it will be your responsibility to deliver a first class, efficient, customer focused and responsive Income Management service. You will process housing property rental income and rent and service charge setting as well as other income from across the business.

You will maintain rent and debtor accounts for 50,000+ customers as well as accounting for income due and received.

Who we’re looking for

You will have previous income management experience, with an ability to critically analyse and interpret financial information and discuss the implications with non- finance colleagues, customers and clients. It would be desirable that you had a good understanding of affordable/ or supported housing products.

You will be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure to meet reporting and submission deadlines. You can work on your own initiative and think innovatively to improve current working practices.

There may be a requirement to travel occasionally throughout the organisations network
