An award winning retail/beauty brand is recruiting for a skilled IT Support Analyst (1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Support) to provide full-service, stand-alone IT Support to 60 employees on site as part of 500+ staff across the group. With offices in Slough and in Central London the postholder will have autonomy and responsibility across desktop and server management and maintenance of all internal systems.

This is a full-time permanent role, salary is paying between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + benefits

An excellent communicator with a diverse skill set the IT Support Analyst will most likely have:
- Practical experience of VMWARE and Hyper-V
- Windows Server knowledge across 2003/2008/2012/2016
- Active Directory, security policies DHCP and DNS
- MS Office 365
- Self-sufficiency

This is a unique role with an opportunity to take full responsibility for the IT systems and software for an office of 60 staff, plus supporting in other areas of this global brand.
