Here at GingerVideo we are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, reliable individual who is keen to start a career in Digital Marketing.

This is an exciting role as an apprentice, working in a busy video production company.

You will join us as part of a small but expanding team, and your time will be spent supporting the team and day-to-day marketing and social media functions.

As we are a small team and business you’ll have a varied role and will get to experience and assist in a wide range of marketing activities.

What you'll need to demonstrate:

You will need to have a keen eye for detail, a positive outlook and excellent communication skills. You’ll need to be flexible in your approach to work, be organised and show initiative.

As we are a video production company it is important that you have a keen interest in creative digital media, in particular video and also social media.

What you’ll learn:

You will get lots of support from the whole team throughout your apprenticeship. We will help you to develop your skills and knowledge and achieve your apprenticeship.

You will be an integral part of the GingerVideo team, gradually taking on more responsibility and working and independently.

This is a fantastic opportunity to start your Digital Marketing and Social Media career in a friendly, fun environment.

You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager.

The kinds of duties you’ll be carrying out:

Daily work on a wide range of Social Media sites including - LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Google +, YouTube.Maintaining and updating the company YouTube channelDatabase managementAssisting actioning the Targeted Marketing PlanLearning and in time overseeing day to day management of paid digital marketingHelping with paperwork and organisation for the sales processMaintaining digital records, such as statistics and recordsLiaising with clients via email and telephone regarding their video productionsHelping maintain the company websiteAssisting with updating and writing blogsVideo Marketing of videos we produceOther online marketing tasks as requiredWorking Week:

Monday – Friday, 09.00 – 17.30 = 37.5 hrs. per week

28 days holiday allowance ( 20 days + Bank Holidays)

Location:

We’re based in offices in a small rural village, Lambourn, which is located between Newbury and Swindon.

There are 5 of us in the team, you’ll make it 6! We’re based in offices on the upper floor of a converted chapel. We’re a friendly team, work hard, but enjoy having fun too!

Free parking is available.

Training you'll receive:

On-the-job training will be provided to achieve all aspects of the role requirements. On-going support will be offered by your Line Manager and the College Assessor to achieve the Apprenticeship.

At Level 3:

Level 3 Diploma in MarketingLevel 3 Certificate in MarketingBoth levels

5 GCSEs at Grade D or higher including Maths and English (or equivalent)

Reality Check:

We are currently based in a small village in a fairly rural location. Having your own transport is necessary as the bus service is very hit and miss.

ESSENTIAL:
