An attractive Property Lawyer role within a religious organisation.

Your new company
This global religious organisation is currently seeking a Property Lawyer to join their London team on a 2-year fixed term contract, to help with a number of development projects.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing advice on the requirements of charity law with regards to property transactions and negotiating the terms of development projects and property-related investment. You will provide legal guidance to the wider project committee and oversee external solicitors involved in drafting the relevant documentation.

What you'll need to succeed
The team are seeking solicitors or CILEX officers with solid experience in property law, whether in-house or in private practice. Knowledge of charity law and the custodian trustee role are highly desirable. You should have experience in negotiating terms for relevant transactions and liaising with both internal and external professionals in the sector.

You should be IT literate, with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and demonstrate sensitivity to issues of equality, diversity and inclusion.
