Job Title:Technical Support Engineer
Location Watford, Hertfordshire
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000
Technical Support Engineer needed with 1st and 2nd line IT support experience. You will support customers with Technical Support both on-site and more usually via in-house remote access support tools.
The Technical Support Engineer must have excellent communication skills and have knowledge and experience of:
*Microsoft Desktop and Server operating systems
*IT networking to include TCP/IP (configuration) and standard networking hardware.
*Basic understanding of Cloud technologies
*Experienced with hardware and software issues.
*Microsoft Office 365 (some)
*Microsoft Office Applications
*Apple MAC hardware and operating systems (some)
*Working independently and efficiently to meet Service Level Agreement
*Promptly answering support related emails, phone calls and support tickets via helpdesk
