As a Engineering Change Coordinator you will be responsible for: Ensuring proposed changes are compliant to the Engineering Documentation Standards, manage the coordination of Product Changes and Releases with all customers including manufacturing, web marketing and support teams, manage the control of all incoming and outgoing documents such as bill of materials (BOM), drawings, procedures, specifications, schematics, etc. to ensure completeness and appropriateness prior to data entry and release, maintain and continuously improve document control processes and procedures in adherence with overall QMS (Quality Management System), support all manufacturing facilities documentation requirements, act as key interface between functional areas and document control processes, administer the inputting and change control of BOM and Part Number data into the ERP, prepare and facilitate regular auditing of document systems, maintain process and policy documentation and specifications within the QMS, train personnel were required in correct use of Engineering Change & Release processes manage the Software and Firmware Release Process through various sign off phases up to and including manufacturing / web release, ensure all documentation control responsibilities are completed within project timelines and help to define and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Education & Experience
To be considered for this role you will need to possess a BA/BSc degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
