Digital Support Analyst -Web Support Analyst- Cloud Infrastructure Support Analyst - Web Support Engineer - Cloud-based Systems Support Analyst is required to join an in-house infrastructure team who provide day to day support to my client's websites, hosting and cloud-based Infrastructure. This role is based in Poole, Dorset paying up to £36K + on call Allow + Bens

Digital Support Analyst - Web Support Analyst- Infrastructure Support Analyst - Web Support Engineer - Cloud-based Systems Support Analyst will have the following experience

  • Web and application servers
  • Web content management tools
  • Azure/AWS
  • .NET
  • IIS
  • Hyper - V or VMware - Visualisation
  • 3rd party management & Stakeholder management
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Active Directory
  • ITIL Certified, Microsoft Server Certification.

The key responsibilities of this Digital Support Analyst - Infrastructure Support Analyst - Web Support Engineer - Cloud-based Systems Support Analyst are:

  • Day-to-day operations, administration and support of digital, web and cloud-based systems
  • Working with key suppliers, and Azure/AWS partners, ensure operational availability of data through continual monitoring and health checks, in order to identify and resolve any issues - liaising with and escalating to 3rd party support partners or IT Solutions teams as appropriate
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders, including Digital and other Technology teams
  • Liaise closely with Infrastructure Solutions teams and Digital team colleagues to provide input into solutions development and testing
  • Work with the IT Transition Manager to ensure smooth transition from project to live services
  • Ensure all technical and operational documentation is correct and up to date, that it reflects current and best practice
  • Ensure the operational integrity and availability of all data and systems

You will be joining a team of 2 who work a shift pattern of 7.30am - 4.00pm and 10.30am - 6.30pm - Monday to Friday.

My client is based in modern offices close to Poole on the Dorset / Hampshire border and is looking to reward this Digital Support Infrastructure Analyst a salary up to £30k- £36K + on call + Bens + good excellent Pension scheme and Benefits.
