POSITION DESCRIPTION

My client is at the forefront of infection prevention and control technology. The company's growth is fully based on breakthrough science and products. The Project Planner is an integral member of the Regulatory Department. The Project Planner will manage and track the full portfolio of regulatory projects and assist with the development and changes to all dossiers, technical files, and registrations. They will ensure all projects and deliverables are completed to the required level of quality and be on time and within budget.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Track and plan all the regulatory projects within the portfolio, including but not limited to Biocidal dossiers, international registrations, design history files and technical files.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

By successfully tracking and managing the portfolio of projects, the Project Planner will increase the efficiency of the Regulatory department.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

Document and track the portfolio of projects, including technical files, dossiers, and registrations.

Prepare and manage Gantt charts for each project.

Chair project meetings leading to clarity of roles and responsibility and owners for next steps.

Follow up on critical activities with team members in other locations. Identify and then solve or escalate key issues.

Create and manage systems to identify the next generation of projects, thus amplifying the portfolio.

Determine priorities with Directors.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

University level Science or Engineering or equivalent industrial experience.

Able to grasp the complexities of highly regulated medical products.

PRINCE2 qualification essential

Regulatory experience desirable

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent English-language written and verbal communication skills

Methodical, accurate and consistent attention to detail.

Ability to work as part of a team, supporting other team members in a busy global environment, across a number of different geographical locations

Excellent and proven organizational skills.

Ability to manage a number of concurrent project duties and competing demands.
