Finance Analyst job opportunity for global tech business with HQ in central London. £50k + study support

Your new role
This job vacancy has come about from expanding the finance function in line with the company's successful growth. You will work as the FP&A Analyst, reporting in to the FP&A Manager. Sat in a finance team of 10 you will be working in an attractive office of 100 staff. You will interact with various stakeholders from Sales, Marketing and Senior Management on a daily basis to support with financial reporting and analysis to help drive the business. Through budgeting, forecasting and business partnering your goal will be to reduce operational costs, drive revenue, ensure appropriate processes and strive for efficiency to ultimately support with the companies continued growth. Specific duties will include:

  • Run analysis on orders and sales actuals vs target
  • Manage the commission process
  • Monitor and reporting on KPIs
  • Create comprehensive dashboards and metrics to support decision making
  • Report and analyse revenue to show sales pipeline conversion to actual revenue
  • Finance business partnering for sales and marketing teams
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting
  • Working with CR system and identify system improvements
  • Collect and analyse data to evaluate the sales impact driven by the company's marketing campaigns

What you'll need to succeed
You must be part qualified or a finalist with either the ACCA or CIMA. To be considered for this role you should be commercial with an analytical mindset and impeccable communication skills for business partnering and reporting duties. You should have at least 3 years experience completing a similar role. You should be comfortable using Excel with Vlookups and pivot table experience as a minimum and ideally you will have worked on a CRM system manipulating and analysing large data sets.
