Relief Support Worker

Our local area service in Barrow requires confident, calm and person centred individuals who can provide this support to our service users with a range of learning disabilities and complex needs. You will ensure all service users experience a valued life and enjoy the wide range of opportunities available to them for personal development. By providing this warm and responsive support you will be helping us to deliver care which promotes the rights and choices of our service users.
Previous experience within a care role is an essential requirement of this relief based role as is attendance to mandatory induction training courses before commencing shift work.
