We a have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning Analyst based in the South of England to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living and Gracewell Healthcare.

As a Regional Financial Planning Analyst you will provide proactive structured financial analysis and recommendations to aid commercial decision making, communicate financial implications and identify risks and opportunities. You will act as the key Financial business partner providing coaching for Care Home Managers and Coordinators to understand financial performance drivers, systems, reporting, risks and opportunities to maximise profitability of the homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for between 12 and 15 care homes across the south england and spend 60% of the week visiting our Homes and 40% based at home or at our support office in Beaconsfield.Key Responsibilities
Drive financial performance through timely and accurate financial reporting, planning and analysis.Monitor adherence to standard operating practices and identify opportunities for improvement.Proactively highlight key financial issues affecting performance to internal stakeholders including Home Managers and Operations Directors.Develop operating budgets and forecasts and monitor performance thereafter for each home.Act as they key finance point of contact for the care home and the link to the Corporate Support OfficeKey Requirements
Should have 3 +years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting.Experience of preparing and maintaining yearly organisational budgets.Proven ability of taking ownership of entire process with minimal supervision.Advanced Excel skills in analytics and managing large data sets.Be a self starter with a positive can-do attitudePosses excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure the development of strong relationships with all stakeholdersGood finance systems experience (Peoplesoft, Kronos, Hyperion, OBIEE)Analytical skills along with relevant qualifications like CIMA, ACCA or MBA would be an advantage.Experience of the senior living care home sector is desirable but not essential60% field based and 40% Home Office/Support Office based in Beaconsfield Sunrise Senior Living and Gracewell Healthcare are leading premier healthcare providers of residential, nursing and dementia care delivered in a most luxurious home environment providing the very highest standards of care to our residents.
