Customer Service/Helpdesk

We are working with a lovely, friendly company who are looking for an outgoing and cheerful Customer Service/Helpdesk person to join their small but busy team.

This is a great company and the lucky candidate will work alongside a team of passionate, customer focussed colleagues. Duties to include:

  • Taking a high volume of incoming calls relating to building maintenance issues
  • Taking down details and logging issues on the system
  • Using a PDA to organise appropriate engineers to attend site
  • Raising customer quotations
  • Customer and supplier invoicing
  • Keeping in house system updated
  • Producing emails, letters and other documents as required
  • Filing, post, printing documents, ordering stationeryThe successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
  • Proven experience in an office based customer service environment
  • Skilled in taking a high volume of calls
  • Fantastic customer care skills
  • Positive and happy on the phone!
  • Polite, well-mannered and eager to give EXCELLENT customer service!
  • A good team player who gets on well with colleagues
  • Reliable and honest
  • Organised with good attention to detailThis is a permanent, full time position:
  • Salary £17,500 - £19,000 DOE
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
  • 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
