Credit Decision Analyst ? Internationally Leading Business
Farnborough, Hampshire
Attractive Package including Generous Benefits

If you have a good understanding of financial accounts, this is an incredible opportunity to build your career with a world-renowned brand.

Alphabet is the BMW Group?s Leasing and Business Mobility organisation; we help our Corporate, SME and Public Sector customers meet the changing business travel needs of their employees. It?s an exciting, inspiring place to work and a dynamic, fast changing market. Due to increased demand for our services, Alphabet are now seeking a Credit Decision Analyst to join our Credit Management Team in Farnborough.

We provide innovative products and services that are radically changing the way organisations finance, manage and use their company vehicles. We are also a key player in the growth of low and zero emission vehicles in the UK.

Across the globe, Alphabet funds and manages over 600,000 vehicles in 18 countries, whilst in the UK we manage a fleet of over 156,000 vehicles on behalf of our customers. We started here - in the UK - in 1997.

As a Credit Decision Analyst, you will be responsible for making credit decisions and providing support to the Credit Management Team.

In this important role, you will be provided with excellent training to ensure you have the insight to deliver a high-quality service to customers.

You will gain an understanding of customers? requirements, approve or decline credit requests with up to an exposure of £150,000 and communicate your decisions to internal sales channels and external partners.

This role focuses on commercial accounts and once you have established yourself, you will be cross-trained on Alphabet?s corporate book and will have the opportunity to get involved with larger propositions.

This is a fast-paced position that will see you working with high volumes of work as part of a driven team, so the ability to work at pace whilst maintaining the highest levels of accuracy is key.

To be considered, you will need a good understanding of, and the ability to interpret financial accounts, including the P&L (Profit & Loss), balance sheet and cash flow statements.

Analytical and articulate, as a Credit Decision Analyst, you will be collaborative and passionate about delivering a world-class service to customers. A deadline-oriented approach, exceptional time-management abilities and strong decision-making skills are also essential.

Experience gained within a financial services oriented environment, specifically covering credit assessment, would be beneficial to your application. Experience of commercial or consumer accounts (preferably both) would also be an advantage as would familiarity with underwriting SME proposals.

In 2017, Alphabet was recognised as a Top Employer for the fourth consecutive year and, in 2015, we achieved Silver standard from Investors in People. We invest in our employees and embrace a culture of flexible working as well as promoting a positive, supportive culture and working environment. We have just moved into new, prestigious offices in Farnborough that provide a great place to work with good people and an exciting, engaging, industry leading brand.

This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your existing expertise and contribute to the success of a business that is synonymous with quality. Apply today to take your first step towards a rewarding and engaging career.
