Our longstanding client is looking for an outstanding RGN, RN, RMN or RNLD to join their team, the Home Manager is supported by a Clinical Manager, both of whom are Registered Nurses, committed to helping people within their care make the most of their lives. The staff team also consists of Registered Nurses, Team Leaders, Care Assistants and Ancillary staff. The members of the team are trained, qualified, equipped and supported to meet the diverse individual needs and preferences of those living in their home. Specialising in dementia and end of life care the home provides regular training courses for all our team members to build on their skills, in order to meet the complex needs of the residents and their families. Our client is offering a great package with a NURSE RGN pay rate of £14.57 - £18.51 depending on experience, and a Senior Nurse will command £19.51 per hour. The contracts on offer start at 36 hours a week, but 48 hour contracts are also avaliable. You will be working within a team of experienced Registered Nurses led by a Clinical Manager, also a Registered Nurse, in each of our homes. This will ensure that you are fully supported during your career, as a Registered Nurse your role would include administration of medication, wound care, delivery of personal care and dealing with a range of external health care professionals.
