About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to work 37.5 hours per week at our new TouchBase Pears centre in Selly Oak, Birmingham. This position is offered on a permanent contract.
The role is to assist in ensuring the financial good health and appropriate financial management of a designated area of Sense. You will be involved in a range of financial activities, including financial postings, supplier queries and supporting in the management of deafblind people’s finances.
The ideal candidate will be numerate, computer literate and have extensive experience of using computerised accounting systems. Knowledge of Sun systems would be an advantage, although training will be given. The ability to prioritise your own workload and communicate with a wide range of groups is essential.
