About the role:

Following a recent restructure of our UK Marketing Teams, two new roles have become vacant within the Customer On boarding & Engagement Marketing business area.

The teams aim is to drive forward the number 1 priority goal of getting customers to register on MyAviva – our digital self service platform. It is now imperative to continue to drive new registrations but also to re-engage and encourage repeat visits to MyAviva. Critical to achieving the 2017 goal of 7m active customers is digitising customer documents, continuing to deploy effective registration campaigns and communicating good reasons for customers to want to re-visit MyAviva.

The Digital Marketing Consultant / Marketing Campaign Consultant is responsible for developing & executing highly effective communications across a range of media that supports our registration and engagement goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Work as part of the Registration & Engagement team to drive new registrations.End to end management of registration campaigns – including planning, creative development, ops alignment, scheduling, deployment & Measurement.Work as integral member of the MyDocs project team – driving forward the paperless campaigns.Deliver the offline and online customer marketing programme, meeting campaign objectives / targets, budgets and timing & managing any risks.Continually optimise & learn by deploying tests – learning fast & moving at pace to implement.Identify and implement initiatives to step change registrations with the use of compelling content and innovative technologies sourced with UKD.Play key role in developing the registration programme customer engagement programmes which may involve personalised e-zines, Aviva Advantages.Pro-active analysis of campaign results against plan, external / competitor analysis to maximise campaign and channel effectiveness.Ensure all quality and FCA procedures are met.Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in campaign management & marketing would be hugely advantageous as would an understanding of campaign planning and execution processes.
