Finance Assistant - part time
Hours – Up to 16 hours per week, Thursday-Friday, exact hours are to be agreed.
Up to 20 additional days per annum on a flexible basis to cover leave.
Salary - £6,672 to £7,252 per annum based on 16 hours per week plus additional payments for additional days worked to cover leave in the department
Location – RochdaleThis is a challenging role working within a busy small Finance team. The role will support the Management Accountant and will ensure the appropriate processing and data inputting of data to assist in achieving targets set by the organisation.Responsibilities:
Ability to maintain the sales ledger including preparing and posting income recharge and Care Leaver invoices, allocating receipts, reconciling ledger and to ensure prompt settlement of all invoices.
