Technical Manager (Lead .NET Developer) – £48,000-£52,000+Benefits - Altrincham

My client is a Global leading Social Software company. With a state-of-the-art Head Quarters in Altrincham we are looking to bring on a Technical Manager (Lead .NET Developer) to join the team.

As the Technical Manager (Lead .NET Developer) you will be taking on a senior role within the company. You will be responsible for leading a team of C#, ASP.NET Developers and become a key influencer within the company.

The Technical Manager (Lead .NET Developer) role will have a number of responsibilities. You will be responsible for developing and motivating the team, and for setting objectives and leading product design sessions. Approximately half of the time of the Technical Manager’s (Lead .NET Developer) will be managing the team and half in a more ‘hand’s-on’ capacity. While not actually coding the Technical Manager will be looking into environmental issues for the QA’s and building out new environments.

To be considered for the role of Technical Manager (Lead .NET Developer) you should have experience across the following:

  • Leading development solutions and teams
  • Solid ASP.NET experience
  • Experience working with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as CI and TDD
  • Strong Design Patterns knowledge
  • Some of the following Tech Lucence, Cloud Search, node.js, SignalR
