Legal Cashier/Office Manager
We are looking for a Legal Cashier/Office Manager on a permanent full time basis for a growing Law Firm in Brighton.
Growing Law Firm in Brighton are looking for an experienced Legal Cashier/Office Manager to join there team.
We are looking for someone who has experience of being a legal cashier and specifically dealing with completions statements and completions for Residential Conveyancing
- We need someone who can do all postings for client and office account:
- Purchase ledger
- Opening files
- Closing files
- VAT return
We are looking for someone who is diligent and very proactive. You must be a team player. Accuracy is paramount in this role. As this is a stand alone role but you will be working very closely with the Director of the firm. Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules is essential. Recent experience dealing with Conveyancing Accounts i.e. Completions is also essential.
£20,000 - £30,000 DOE
