One of our prestigious clients are looking for an Invoice Administrator to join their rapidly growing team.
About your new role and company:
As an Invoice Administrator you will be undertaking various administrative tasks which will include GRN Matching, sending out new invoices plus filing into folders, matching signed invoices and checking signatures. You will be required to chase invoices, send facilities invoices, new invoice queries, entering overheads and scanning. You will be based within offices on the outskirts of Maidstone, with free parking available.
About the successful applicant;
The ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing with checking invoices or have some form of basic account administration experience. You must have experience using Excel spreadsheets and have a keen eye for detail.
Pay and Hours:
This is an permanent contract working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm,
