BSI Training has seen impressive growth over the last few years and as we continue to grow, we look for talented, customer-focused people to join our team of Tutors.

Reporting in to the Regional Tutor Delivery Manager our team of medical device tutors work closely with the medical industry sector to help them improve their performance by providing structured training based on established standards using advance learning techniques.

Our Team of Tutors will tell you that the role is rewarding but challenging and there is never a dull day - each customer is different, so each day and each course is different. Our Tutors are home based but travel extensively across the UK and other countries, often spending several days away from home as they run their courses.

This is a national role so you will travel extensively as an essential part of the role which could include overnight stays.

Essential Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will have practical industry experience and knowledge of medical device and in vitro diagnostic device directives and regulations.

As well as demonstrable knowledge of associated processes and management systems standards including working knowledge ISO 13485:2016.

Sound knowledge of other management systems such as ISO 9001 will be an advantage.

You will have demonstrable experience in designing and delivering training courses.

We help our customers achieve best practice so you will need to have the ability to assimilate, articulate and present information at all levels from shop floor to boardroom.

Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal communication and people management skills are also essential.
