Latham & Watkins, a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms in the world, is seeking a Records Manager to join our dynamic team in London. In this role you will manage the day-to-day operations of the London Records Department, including the management, training and coaching of two staff members.


On a daily basis you will work with attorneys, legal professionals, and staff to ensure that firm policies and procedures regarding electronic and physical file management are followed. You will provide training and advice about information management best practices, as well as data privacy, security, risk management and compliance issues.

This position will provide the opportunity to coordinate with other Departments of the firm and work with a variety of stakeholders across all levels of the business.

•Understand information management and security principles and the value of information governance to an organisation
•Enjoy thinking strategically, working on long-term projects, and implementing new initiatives
•Have some experience managing others and would like to further develop your managerial and leadership skills

And have:

•Experience in records management, information management, or information governance in a corporate or legal environment
•Solid technical skills, along with excellent analytical, organsiational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
