A leading full service law firm is looking for a Real Estate Lawyer to join their London team.

Your new company
A large full service national commercial law firm is looking for a Real Estate lawyer to join their team in London. They operate a preferred firm network which supports their clients with all international requirements. They have a very impressive retention rate and providing a pleasant working culture for their Lawyers is very important to them. Your new role
This law firm's Real Estate team is looking for a non-contentious Real Estate Lawyer to join its' practice group. You will need to have gained solid practice experience in development and regeneration work. You will be part of a large team of Real Estate Lawyers involved in a range of large regeneration projects throughout the UK with particular focus on the London market. A number of the projects are residential but the work is challenging and complex. You will be working with national and international developer clients, advising on site acquisitions, joint ventures, mixed housing developments, disposals of commercial units, investment sales and affordable housing.

What you'll need to succeed
You will require a minimum 2.1 degree from a reputable university, demonstrate a solid track record of property work, with at least 2 year's post qualification experience within a private practice team. You will need to be able to demonstrate commitment to property or real estate as a legal specialism. You will need to work well in a team and have experience of establishing and maintaining long term client relationships will also be advantageous.
