As our Customer Communications Data Manager, you will lead on data analysis and strategy, insight gathering and process management in order to deliver an industry leading brand experience for our customers. Working closely with our Customer Communications team, you will be vital in making sure we surprise and delight our customers.
So what would you be doing...?
• Developing our customer database and engagement programmes to make sure it lives up to our exceptional brand experience
• Recommending targeted customer selections and contact strategies across multi-channel marketing campaigns to help us deliver timely and relevant communications…always
• Gathering insights to make sure we understand our customers and their behaviours, making sure we communicate only the things that customers want to hear
• Analysing how marketing campaigns have performed, defining test strategies and sharing learning to improve future activity
• Owning the end to end customer communications data process and building great relationships with stakeholders across the bank to make sure it runs smoothly
• Being a data champion at future thinking industry events and influencing our future communications strategy. This is a banking revolution after all!

And whilst we always aim to train for skill where possible, on this occasion we are looking for someone who is already able to do all these wonderful things...
• In depth experience of marketing and/or customer communication focused data analysis
• A solid understanding of current data regulations
• You will ideally have experience working in a highly regulated environment
• It would be preferable if you have previous experience working with innovative brands
