Scheme Manager (supported living, complex needs) - Dartford
I am exclusively recruiting for a Scheme Manager to join my client at their supported living service located around 8 miles East of Dartford in Kent.This building has been cleverly transformed and drastically modernised to specifically support people with varying complex needs. The structure of the house has also been adapted to strongly promote independent living.Alongside a very competitive basic salary, the appointed Manager will be rewarded with; a structured bonus scheme, ongoing opportunities for development and further qualifications, free access to support/counselling (as and when required) and much more.*Despite the local train station being only minutes away, someone with a Full UK Driving License with access to a car would be preferential The Position: Your duties as Scheme Manager will involve, but are not restricted to;- Coordinate staff within the service, ensuring all shifts are appropriately covered- Regularly update the online system- Liaise with resident's families, resolving any issues that may arise- Report directly into the Assistant Director and make them aware of any changes within the service or report any concerns that need escalatingThe Person:- NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent as minimum- Confident when using IT systems is a must as this provider operate a paperless way of working- Experience of supporting people with complex needs within a supported living environment would be highly desirable- Strong management skillsInterested?
