Mammographer/ Radiographer Full time or Part-time Available37.50 hours We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our Radiology team as a Mammographer/ Radiographer Our small Radiology Department has a dedicated state-of-the-art Siemens Inspiration Digital Mammography system and an equipment replacement programme in progress. We are proud to have multi-disciplinary team which is committed to delivering high quality diagnostic imaging, and high levels of patient care through a range of radiographic procedures. The successful candidate will have the ability to work within a team whilst also being able to use their own initiative and work independently. Duties will include all aspects of mammography service which includes one stop breast clinics, health screening and biopsies. General radiography including plain film, theatre work, and fluoroscopy would be advantageous to support the small radiography team. Essential requirements -DCR or BSc in Diagnostic RadiographyCurrent HCPC registrationExperience of working in orthopaedic theatresCertificate of competency in mammography and post qualification experience. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:Proven clinical experience in a wide range of radiographic techniquesExcellent Customer Service skillsA high level of accuracy and attention to detailGood computer literacyFlexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business The hours are negotiable between part time/full time. Flexible shifts depending on the business needs, these will include days, evenings, Saturdays and on-call duties.
