Support the Store Manager in driving team performance through effective communication of HC vision and goalsProvide excellent leadership and develop high-performing teamsWork closely with the Store Manager to drive store sales and profit plan and to deliver appropriate action to maximise performanceMaximise all commercial opportunities in-store through timely implementation of HC promotions, offers and marketing initiativesSupport the Store Manager in creating a selling environment that exceeds guests’ expectations and delivers 100% happiness to all of our guestsLead and support in coaching the team to deliver exemplary guest service through role modelling and contributing to setting guest service standards through the teamWHO YOU ARE & WHAT YOU HAVE

Established Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor looking for the next level, with strong experience in a seasonally busy environment ideally within a luxury brand or retailerHighly numerate with the ability to understand and analyse sales performance dataA leader with spirit and passion in line with our products, people and valuesEvidence of leading and managing a high-performing team to deliver resultsFlair for HC products and an affinity with our guestsExperienced in a consultative selling environment, ideally premium productsBarista or Cafe experience would be beneficial but isn't essentialWORKING AT HOTEL CHOCOLAT
