Your new role
You will be tasked with processing completed job tickets, creating supplier Purchase Orders, then adding, tracking, chasing and approving the Purchase Order from customers. You'll also update work in progress to records all tickets completed in a specific month. You'll be doing this for both new and recurring contracts
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have good experience in both accounts payable and receivable, good attention to detail, the ability to process large amounts of purchase orders. You will also need to be able to identify, investigate and solve PO queries in a timely manner.
