An elite international law firm is looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join its Dispute Resolution team in London. The firm acts for publicly-listed and private companies, financial institutions and private equity clients, as well as other business enterprises involved in large and complex UK and cross-border matters and transactions. Your new role
The firm's Dispute Resolution team is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and commercially astute Litigation Associate with between 2-4 years' PQE experience to join the Dispute Resolution team. As well as handling disputes in the areas of banking, pension fund management and financial services, you will also represent clients in disputes covering many other commercial sectors, including fraud, corporate insolvency and asset tracing, M&A, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, insurance, public law, IP and property. You will also advise clients on complex and challenging regulatory investigations and enforcement cases. Work will be broad and varied as the firm encourages its Associates to become well rounded experts in their field.

What you'll need to succeed
You will require a minimum 2.1 degree from a reputable university, demonstrate a solid track record of dispute resolution or litigation work, with at least 2 year's post qualification experience within a private practice team. You will need to be able to demonstrate commitment to dispute resolution as a legal specialism. You will need to work well in a team and have experience of establishing and maintaining long term client relationships will also be advantageous. Strong academics and technical excellence are essential. You will need to have gained practice experience with a top tier City law firm or US law firm with a well established and respected litigation practice team.
