A Junior Sous Chef role is available at a luxury hotel located in the Windermere region of Cumbria


A boutique style hotel that offers its guests award winning dining is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team preparing dishes for the two restaurants, banqueting department and afternoon tea service. The hotel offers fine dining in the main restaurant that has won awards for the high quality dishes it creates using the fantastic produce available in Cumbria but the hotel also offers a more relaxed dining experience in the casual dining restaurant that focuses on classic British dishes. The Head Chef is seeking a Junior Sous Chef who is confident on most sections in the kitchen and ideally has some previous pastry experience too.


A Junior Sous Chef who has been working in a hotel kitchen most recently is required to take on this role you must have experience of a busy, multi-outlet environment that including both restaurants and banqueting. A confident chef with a wide knowledge of kitchen sections who enjoys working as part of a team but is also capable of leading others when required would be ideal for this role.
