Web Content ManagerWe are looking for an enthusiastic, intelligent person to join our growing team. We are expanding our service offering to provide content management support for a leading UK Hospitality Brand and we are looking for an experienced Website Content Manager to keep our websites consistently up to date.
Experience with Content Management systems (ideally Adobe Experience Manager) and experience within website management roles is essential. This role is best suited for users with a keen eye for content and a high understanding of grammar, with experience of the creation of SEO tailored content preferred. Experience in hospitality would be preferred but not essential. We are offering a competitive salary, negotiable dependent on experience and existing relevant competencies. Full training will be given on the relevant systems, with ongoing support. You will be expected to:
  • Work with live client websites; creating, editing and publishing website changes.
  • Constantly review a portfolio of existing websites, providing advice on updates to meet set requirements.
  • Creation of Content for website pages including news stories, promotional pages, site-specific information & descriptive content.
  • Manage and prioritise a significant volume of inbound content change requests
  • Deal both over email & face to face with existing stakeholders, helping to maintain and build upon the relationships in place.
  • Using acquired industry knowledge, provide guidance on suitable and beneficial development opportunities.
  • Manage timescales & aligned resource to deliver projects accordingly.
  • Manage and prioritise the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
  • Possess & constantly enrich knowledge of SEO best practices and the importance of ensuring this is fully considered & implemented.
  • Show passion for knowledge with a strong desire to learn and deploy new skills.
  • Act as a strong team player who has the ability to use their initiative and self-manage.
  • Display willingness to gain an understanding of analytical programs such as Google Analytics.
  • The successful candidate must have good task management skills, an excellent eye for detail, and a very good standard of written English.
