Moulton Business Park - Northampton, 12 month temporary role initially
Our client, a large and successful building society are looking to recruit a number of agents to work on their Customer Service Team based in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and are looking to secure a role which will offer them development and a great rate of pay.
As a Digital Consultant you will work in an inbound call centre within Digital Services and will respond to customers via social media and email. The messages will primarily be from individual cardholders, but could also be from financial institution representatives as well. This is a fast paced position that requires an individual to be able to multi-task and move from one call to another quickly.
Responsibilities of the Digital Consultant:
- Responding to customer queries via Social Media, Email and Letter.
- Handling queries in relation to mortgages, loans and technical related queries.
- Consistently working to and exceeding targets and deadlines
- Handling some inbound calls from customers and clients
- Validate customers information
- Access multiple systems
Essential Skills of a Digital Consultant:
- Working within an operational environment to specific deadline
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working with a customer focus with advanced call handling
- Problem solving skills
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Excellent written communication
Salary: £8.79 per hour
- Monday to Sunday: Shifts between 6am-10pm - 35 hours per week.
Start date ASAP: This is a 12 month ongoing temporary contract
