The Company:

A leading grade 1 training provider who are consistently growing and looking to expand their great training team further with the addition of some top quality professionals.

The Role:

You will be managing a caseload of up to 40 learners across the Surrey region, who will be working towards Management qualifications up to Level 5.

You will be required to build your own caseload as part of the role, however this will be mainly through encouraging current learners to taking on the next qualification in the portfolio.

The Candidate:

You must have proven management experience to be considered for this role along with a full driving licence.

It is not essential that you have an Assessor qualification, as if not the client will seek to put you through one in due course.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

A proven track record of management 3 years minimum (E)

Previous People Management experience (E)

Have a keen eye for detail and be highly self-motivated (E)

Teaching Qualification (D)

Assessing Qualification (D)

Internal Verifier Qualification (D)

Salary & Benefits:

Salary between £20,000 - £22,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience
