A boutique style hotel in Windermere is recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie


The Head Chef of a contemporary, multi-outlet hotel is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join the team of eight chefs working in the kitchen of the property. In this role of Senior Chef de Partie you will be expected to be flexible in your approach to work preparing dishes for the hotels two restaurants, the afternoon tea service and catering for the numerous banquets, special events and conferences that take place at the hotel. This role will require you to work across the sections in the kitchen depending on where you are required to focus and run the section to the high standards expected at the venue.


A strong Chef de Partie or experienced Senior Chef de Partie who has a stable background based in hotel kitchens is needed to take on this role. A flexible chef who has good all round cooking skills with experience on most sections including pastry would be ideal.
