They are a leading provider of domiciliary care services within the Eastbourne area.With a fantastic reputation, they are going from strength to strength, solidifying the high quality of care throughout the region.They offer a personal and professional homecare and support service and provide the very best possible care and are committed to building a relationship that you can trust.They are committed to ensuring people have the option to receive high quality care in their own homes, without the strain and upheaval of leaving home to receive their care.The role: They are actively recruiting an ambitious, driven, and caring Deputy Care Manager for their growing office in Eastbourne, to manage and develop the business and ensure compliance at all times. They are looking for an individual with the strength and determination to support them in taking their business to the next level. Under the direction of the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the holistic delivery of outstanding Care across your territory. You will have exceptional people management and communication skills to support and coach our fantastic team of care givers. This role will require a great deal of flexibility and you will need to be focussed in achieving operational goals and targets.You will be responsible for maintaining and assisting with increasing the number of hours delivered for the branch, maintaining good levels of training & staff development, ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved & overseeing the promotion and marketing of the branches services. The role is very similar to that of a manager but not with the same level of responsibility.The Person: Ideally you will be an experienced domiciliary deputy or non-registered manager, deputy care home manager or have stepped up in the absence of the manager as a care coordinator/field care supervisor and therefore will understand the managerial duties required to drive the business forward positively. You will have excellent business sense, with the ability to take the company to the next level and a desire to work to high standards.
