As part of their organic growth strategy, they are now looking to appoint dynamic, proven Business Development Executives. You will need to be able to evidence a successful track record in business to business sales.
Ideally you will already have a B2B relationship in one of the following sectors: agricultural, haulage or construction.
You will be given prospects to compliment your own "black book", your role will be to nurture these leads in order to secure a meeting to review the companies insurance programme. Once you have done an initial fact find you will pull together a bid team of technically experienced individuals from your team who will ensure the solutions you provide are not only market leading but importantly compliant.

You will have full administration support and a host of tools and services which you can promote to your clients. You can expect a full induction programme, client prospects and detailed analysis of any preferred specialist market.
