An experienced, energetic Nursing Home Manager required for a permanent position which will firstly require some turnaround management in a medium home based in St Helens. Salary circa £45K.The Home; A spacious home, accommodating for residents who need residential, nursing and/or respite care.They are looking for a trusted, strong manager to takeover and bring the home in line with the rest of their portfolio.The Role; As the Registered Nursing Home Manager you will:Be responsible for the day to day running of the home.Promote a caring environment which provides residents with a high standard of specialised personal care.Ensure the home meets all regulatory and statutory requirement including CQC, health & safety and local authority requirements.Ensure the service and its resources are managed effectively, economically and efficiently.Ensure staff receive required levels of supervision, training and support lead and develop the team.The Candidate; To be considered for the Registered Nursing Home Manager's role, you will:Have strong previous managerial experience in a large home and ideally have turnaround experiencePossess leadership qualities, effective communication and interpersonal skillsHave practice knowledge of auditing and care planning for residents with complex needsHold excellent understanding of the all regulations in relation to care homes including CQC standards and have the skills to ensure that these are met and maintainedBe results focused recognising the commercial aspects of a Manager's roleHold a Nursing qualification with valid PIN and a RMA in Management/equivalent or be working towardsFor more information, please call Claire on 0121 362 2319 or APPLY NOW!Coburg Banks Health and Social Care specialise in recruiting Care Managers, Care Co-ordinators and Senior Carers within Residential care, Domiciliary care, Supported living and Nursing across the UK.
