They support people with varied needs including Parkinson's disease, strokes and mobility problems.The service also focuses on enabling people to maintain independence and control over their lives.Responsibilities:Provide care for the residents on a daily basis undertaking direct nursing and general care, as required, including periods on night duty if necessaryContribute positively to the setting and development of measurable standards of care relevant to the specialityResponsible for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of care programmesContribute to the professional development of trained staff, encouraging the development of research based practice, with a view to meeting PREPP requirementThis excellent, reputable company understands that people bring with them a life story of achievements, events and life experiences.
