Job Description

The biggest growth area for our client is within the Management Information department and with that growth comes the need for a new MI Manager which is where you come in. This business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.

What the job is:

As the MI Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance management and lead the development of long-term strategy and delivery of an improved, innovative data environment, leading on the development, prototyping and embedding of data visualisation techniques, MI design, development and delivery, in order to provide a clear view of business performance, as well as changes to reporting and analytics as a result of continuous improvement strategy and take the department to a new level of operational excellence.

Qualifications

Is this the job for you?

You will be an MI Manager and have done an MI management role for at least four years within a Contact Centre environment (extra points if you have experience building and developing an MI function) and have been great at it and all that being an MI Manager involves -if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

  • Must be at home in a customer service environment and the mechanics through which work is completed
  • Able to influence the process at the right nodes to achieve consistently high outcomes
  • MI Data - Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and processes
  • High attention to detail and ability to explain results and provide suggested improvements to process
  • Positive, driven, proactive attitude
  • Strong line management experience
  • A demonstrable track record dealing with senior stakeholders
