Our Client are in partnership with the local council with the Help to Live at Home contract, supporting people to remain independent in their homes.

Regardless of existing experience, we're looking for enthusiastic staff who want to make a difference to people's lives, in the local area.

The companyare amongst the largest not-for-profit care providers in the UK with 29 registered homes in their award winning group. This role can offer entry-level training for those with a serious ambition to succeed within the care sector.

The position itself will revolve around at-home personal care and companionship.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Previous experience in a customer facing environment is ideal.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Taking responsibility for the well-being of the client, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met..
- The compassion and drive to succeed in care.
- An ability to work within a team and be able to operate autonomously.
- Flexibility to work on alternate weekends.

Successful candidates can expect to earn between £8.55 - £10.38 per hour depending on experience.
